How excited was I to buy the "Le Pain Quotidien" cookbook? Je suis enthousiaste! I love, love their tartines. Does a hummus and curried cauliflower or a toasted Camembert, walnut and fig tartine sound as good to you as to me? If so, grab their cookbook! Or even better visit one of their several restaurants in the US or one of the multiple locations in Paris.
