The graphic, black and white facade of Causses, 55 rue Notre-Dame de Lorette, 75009 drew me into the store without knowing anything about the store. I found a small grocery store dedicated to natural and seasonal food products and a restaurant (called la Fabrique) with healthy soups and sandwiches (that could be eaten onsite or take away). If you find yourself in the SoPi (South Pigalle) neighborhood and are in the mood for some healthy food options, definitely stop at Causses.
P.S. Be sure to check out their cave (cellar) filled with French wines that the owners have carefully selected based on their earth friendly growing practices.
